VSC

1. The VSC are the Video Standards Council.
2. The VSC have been giving video games sold in the UK age ratings since 2012.
3. The VSC goes by PEGI’s standards to rate video games.
4. The process of examining a game for the VSC is to receive information on anything that is potentially inappropriate. Then they receive a demo of the game to see for themselves. After, they give a review of the game’s demo. Then they play the game to see if they’ve missed anything. After that, if adequate, they give a release date with a trailer.
5. They play demos to see if it is child friendly.

Video games with the age rating of 16 would include themes such as bloody violence, sex, online modes, bad language, nudity or gambling.

  1. Difficult to know what these questions are answering as you haven't written down the questions! You'll need to add these in please.

For extra revision please answer below: What constitutes an age rating of 16? Also, please embed in the age rating PEGI grid.
