 Brand image - The current view of the customers about a brand. 

 Franchise - A collection of related media in which several derivative works have been produced from an original creative work, such as a film, a work of literature, a television program or a video game.

Loyalty - A customer who is loyal to the company or product and always buys and loves it; can make or break a company.

Marketing - Media marketing centers on promoting brands and selling products and services through established and emerging online channels, harnessing these elements of new media to engage potential and current customers.

Diversification - When a certain experience is achieved on multiple media platforms. For example, A company who owns both film production and video-game production departments in their company.

Globalisation - When media products are sold globally so people all around the world know about it and buy it.

Synergy - When two or more organisations work together to create a better media product.
